Customizing is a breeze! Simply choose your favorite pattern and size. For the collar, provide your furry companion’s name and contact number. Simply add the details on the product page before checking out the item.

As of now, we can only engrave the name of your pet (max of twelve letters) and your contact number. The font is limited to the six options we provided. Ppup has the right to decline customization requests such as engraving offensive, harmful, derogatory, or disrespectful names or words.

We offer a range of sizes to fit pups of all shapes and sizes! Be sure to check our sizing chart on each product page to find the perfect fit for your furry friend.

To keep your gear looking great, we recommend hand washing with mild soap and air drying. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals to maintain the vibrancy of the patterns!

Our standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. For customized orders, please allow an additional 1 - 3 days for processing. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships!
